Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you visit or use the Service, we collect:

• Basic technical information automatically generated by your browser (such as pages visited and general device/browser information), used only in aggregate to understand site usage;
• Language preference, stored locally in your browser, to remember your chosen language on future visits;
• Account information (such as name and email address);
• The manuals and machine information you provide or request, and the questions you ask the AI assistant, in order to provide the Service to you;
• For organisation accounts, maintenance records, machine fleet data, and related operational information you enter into the platform.

Billing is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect or store your payment card details ourselves; see Stripe's own privacy policy for how it handles your payment information.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Process subscriptions, billing, and manual requests;
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account;
• Understand aggregate usage of the Service to improve it;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI processing

Questions you ask the AI assistant, and the manual content needed to answer them, are processed (including by third-party AI service providers under appropriate confidentiality terms) in order to generate a response. We do not use your account content to train models for other customers.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payment processing, and AI infrastructure providers), each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations, and where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data retention

We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 7 below.

6. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember your language preference. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
